Benefits

Give Something Back has one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry. Not only do we provide our employees with a full spectrum of benefits, but employees also may elect coverage for their spouses, children and domestic partners. The company pays 100% of the employee’s premiums, and dependent coverage premiums are withheld pre-tax, which means you get to keep more of your hard-earned money.

Medical: Employees choose from several different medical plan options depending on their lifestyle, needs, and priorities. Our cafeteria-style flexible benefits program offers HMO and PPO plans.

Vision:  Vision coverage provides affordable vision care for employees and their families. Coverage under the vision plan includes complete eye exams, lenses and frames, or contact lenses.

Dental: Dental coverage is offered through Aetna.  All dental coverage options include preventive, basic, major, and orthodontic coverage.

Life Insurance: Basic life insurance for $10,000 is provided at no cost to all employees . Optional employee and dependent life insurance plans are also available.
