Customer Relations Representative

Using strong communication and problem solving skills, you will receive customer orders, answer questions and resolve service issues. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions, to quickly analyze and present a solution to practical problems. We are looking for someone who loves people and is happy talking to and helping others. PC literate. Intensive training is provided.


New Business Development/Account Executives

Success in growing our business means we need several additional field sales people to meet and build relationships with new customers. We seek individuals who thrive on creating their own futures and incomes. Account Executives will identify and call on new prospects consisting of small-to-medium-sized businesses, learn about their needs and requirements by means of a sales interview, explain and present GSB's philosophy and advantages, and get a commitment to use our company.

What kinds of people thrive in this position? Dominant, extroverted, fast-paced, and independent! Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiating skills, be PC literate, and a college degree is preferred. If you're aiming for a six-figure but generally uncapped income, backed by an aggressive marketing, sales support, and in-house Account Manager team approach, check this position out — we're conducting interviews now!

Compensation package includes base salary plus commissions plus bonuses. First year expect $40-$60K; second year $50-$80K, and a potential into six figures by the third year. Also 401K, full medical/dental/vision, expense reimbursement, class & field training, and mentoring.


Account Manager

You will maintain relationships with assigned customers to ensure their continued use of Give Something Back as their single-source for business products. You will influence decision-makers to buy other GSB products by handling inbound calls and making outbound calls. This position requires 2+ years demonstrated solution selling and quota achievement experience in a business to business environment, PC literacy, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, effective time management and organizational skills, and the drive to achieve quality customer service. Compensation package includes base pay plus a rewarding commission plan.


Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and organized sales individuals with excellent verbal communication skills who enjoy working exclusively by telephone. You will call on decision makers and influencers to establish business accounts from an assigned account list. You will also schedule appointments for outside sales representatives. PC literacy required. TeleSales or related experience a plus. Compensation package includes base salary plus commission and bonuses, health, dental, 401K, and many others. If you have the heart of an activist and the drive of a top seller, this job is for you.


Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

You will deliver office products in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. You must possess a customer service orientation, and be able to meet physical requirements of the job, such as lifting 50 lbs., etc. Must have a clean DMV. Warehouse is located in San Leandro.


Sales Support Associate

You are an important key to the success of our sales teams. You will assist our inside and outside sales representatives by handling quotes, generating sales reports, and providing general administrative support in a timely manner. We are looking for strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal and PC skills, effective time management and organization skills.
