Current Customers MyGSB Conversion
Over the next couple of months, we will be converting your account including your settings, account history and favorites lists to the new MyGSB ordering site.
When we have moved your account you will be notified when you login to our old shopping portal. Once you have been notified and you login to MyGSB all your current settings and information will convert. Thank you very much for your patience during this process. Please login to your account at the left in the Online Ordering login. Contact us if we need to prioritize your account conversion.
Please do not use the Set Up An Account option if you already have an account.

Post Conversion
If you clicked through to MyGSB after logging into our old online ordering and reading the Welcome to MyGSB message then all you have to do is login to MyGSB using the User ID and password previously used on our old site.
Password help
MyGSB has additional security used when user login with their password. Passwords must be at least six characters and can be both lower and upper case. For this reason, when we converted your account we converted all letters to lower case. If your password was less than six characters you will need to enter a new password instead of your old password the first time you login to MyGSB. You will be asked to confirm your password and create a security question once you have logged in the first time.
All new users will be prompted to change your password and to create a security question after logging in. On MyGSB you should find that all features and controls that you had including Favorites Lists have been converted. We have added a video tutorial to our site so you can quickly understand the array of features available on MyGSB to simplify your office products ordering.
